      [The Tax Man Cometh]

Many people, especially conservatives and the middle class, who thought they would benefit from Trump's "Tax Cut", are shocked to find out just how much more taxes they will now have to pay.

If dotards supporters are so GD stupid to not have known RWNJ's do not give any worth while tax cuts to anyone that isn't wealthy they deserve to be screwed for being the phucking idiots they are.

For every $5 in tax cuts RWNJ's claim to have given the clueless middle class voters who vote for RWNJ's they have found ways to get $10 in return to pay for the trillions in debt they are running up and by giving the rich tax cuts we all are paying for.

Hell, I'm middle class and I figured this sh*t out long before I left high school.

If trickle down economics works so GD great why is the middle class disappearing and why is there so many poor people in this country living from paycheck to paycheck? Don't these idiots who keep voting against their own economic interests by voting for RWNJ's have a functioning brain?

The sad thing is we all come across people like that everyday who are dumber than dumb and 9 out of 10 of them are RWNJ's who voted for the orange turd dotard..

I can't wait till we open the camp back up to see how they will blame Obama and Hillary for getting screwed on their taxes. You all know it's coming just as sure as the sun rises and sets.

Begging to differ with you: U.S. debt servicing efforts rank low on America's priority list, and always have. America's has been a debt economy since Nixon took us off the Gold Standard. We don't pay our bills but we raise holy hell about anybody else who dares not to pay theirs. America raises money in basically ways: Taxes, and borrowing! Taxes on the people who can least resist paying, and borrowing from around the world, primarily Asia and the Middle East. Tax on the people is by far the largest portion of government income. It works like that federally, just as it does in your home town where property tax is the city's "cash cow."

Large swaths of the global financial system are structured around the idea that U.S. debt is the safest in the world. If that assumption was ever called into question, chaos would ensue. This is the central problem of breaching the debt-ceiling.

The federal government could soon pay more in interest on its debt than it spends on the military, Medicaid or children’s programs.

The run-up in borrowing costs is a one-two punch brought on by the need to finance a fast-growing budget deficit, worsened by tax cuts and steadily rising interest rates that will make the debt more expensive.

With less money coming in and more going toward interest, political leaders will find it harder to address pressing needs like fixing crumbling roads and bridges or to make emergency moves like pulling the economy out of future recessions.

Globally, debt is out of control because the leaders of the various countries haven't a clue about how to cooperate globally without constantly resorting to threats and blaming. "National Interests" and the ever present obsession with staying ahead or not getting further behind are twin albatrosses around the necks of the so-called leaders. They are not leaders! They are dumbasses flailing around in the dark using outmoded ideas, ideas that worked a little bit, but they worked because internet hadn't yet been invented to make communication faster than thought.

We are a World economy run by leaders whose minds are firmly stuck in the dark ages.

No doubt they will spin and spin and blame and blame and find ways to make the names, Obama, Hillary, and now that Pelosi is back as House speaker, her too, responsible for their voters tax increases. They never fail shift the blame.

In that article, they had multiple people who claimed to have paid more in taxes. And never listed the taxes paid. It appears that these people don’t know what they pay.

Everyone was complaining about their tax refund. The withholding tables were changed the same time the rates were changed.

If you lived in a high state tax state like Massachusetts, California, New York, Jersey it is possible that you will pay more if you had massive tax breaks. So trump will likely not win those states in 2020. Oh, that’s right, he didn’t win them last time either.

Of course Trump ordered the withholding tables adjusted so people would think they had gotten a tax cut. Of course, now we are at the day of reckoning, and damn if those fools remember the promise.

If the President were all we're electing in 2020, your reasoning might be sound.

But most states are not one solid color, like Oklahoma. The big ones you mentioned are a mix. We Californians include some of the most conservative communities in the country-- we gave you Nixon and Reagan, after all.

But the wide swaths of upper-middle and upper-class voters in tony enclaves like San Clemente were greatly disappointed at how the Repub tax law finally shook out, especially with the loss of the state income tax deduction.

It hurts a bunch to be double-taxed on thousands--or tens of thousands--of dollars of income. And these voters have already turned the tide in the House.

And we have a lot of voters, nelson. Just the flip of one California county--reliably-red Orange, Richard Nixon's home turf--added as many or more Democrats to the House than Iowa, Arkansas, Mississippi, Kansas, Nebraska, or the entire upper inter-mountain West (ID, MT, WY) combined.

                                      Senate's next.

That article is just one of many about federal tax increase shock being reported by tax payers. I had started to link to a Raw Story article about it, but the link bad, CNN also did a report but I chose not to ise them because their links are notorious for not working on Yabberz. If you want there are many other reports online, with this being oncome tax season.

Also, people in Cali aren't shocked by the increase because it had been well reported that the new trump tax bill was design to hurt states who taxed themselves to overcome Republican program cuts. They did this by disallowing citizens to claim state taxes as an exemption. What many didn't expect was for these changes to impact as many people outside of self taxing liberal leaning states as it does. Ooops.
