Like so many of his fellow Republicans, Ryan turned out to be a failure. Ryan's big claim to fame under the Trump tenure was to push through a budget that did not go in the direction of being balanced but one which added even more debt than ever before and more money for the military. What about all those other promises he made? Where is that great health care plan he and his Party was going to bring forth to replace ACA that was more affordable than ACA and even better than ACA. We found out that was a lie in a quick fashion.
Ryan was thought to be the great Poobah, who was going to unite all the factions within the Republican Party. That never came to fruition and perhaps even widened the gap with this new budget he pushed through. Under that Freedom Caucus disguise you will find those Tea Party folks who wanted and still want a balanced budget.
House Speaker Paul Ryan told CBS' "Face the Nation" that he would continue to speak out against Donald Trump's proposals if they "run contrary" to Republican principles.
Oh yeah, that Paul Ryan sure made Trump toe the Party line. LMAO. Ryan couldn't buy enough chapstick to keep his lips from cracking due to kissing Trump's butt every single chance he could get. After Trump won the presidency Ryan forgot all his promises to keep Trump in check and allowed Trump to do as he pleased even if it meant Trump would continue to criticize his very own Party. Ryan never was a strong leader and we now see just how weak he really was and too scared to stand up for his Party against Trump.
Now as reported by Politico, Ryan is claiming of Trump fatigue.
Journeyman you nailed it last week when you said people were suffering from Trump Fatigue. Now even the top leadership within Trump's very own Party is claiming the same. I know the citizenry is suffering from Trump Fatigue but I seriously doubt Ryan is afflicted with that dreaded condition. With all that arse kissing and bestowing all those accolades upon Trump and talking about the great job Trump is doing does not sound like one having Trump Fatigue.
Goodbye Paul Ryan. Run away you sniveling little coward, run as fast as you can. No matter how fast or how far Ryan runs he will never remove that stench of Trump. Not only has Ryan failed his Party but has failed his constituents and the Nation as well.
It will be interesting to see what Ryan's next job will be. My guess would be that Ryan will become a Lobbyist who will end up spending more time in D.C. than his old Congressional job required or perhaps join another nest of vipers and become another face at Fox Entertainment spewing one lie after another.
