      The Irrelevancy Of Paul Ryan

Like so many of his fellow Republicans, Ryan turned out to be a failure. Ryan's big claim to fame under the Trump tenure was to push through a budget that did not go in the direction of being balanced but one which added even more debt than ever before and more money for the military. What about all those other promises he made? Where is that great health care plan he and his Party was going to bring forth to replace ACA that was more affordable than ACA and even better than ACA. We found out that was a lie in a quick fashion.

Ryan was thought to be the great Poobah, who was going to unite all the factions within the Republican Party. That never came to fruition and perhaps even widened the gap with this new budget he pushed through. Under that Freedom Caucus disguise you will find those Tea Party folks who wanted and still want a balanced budget.

House Speaker Paul Ryan told CBS' "Face the Nation" that he would continue to speak out against Donald Trump's proposals if they "run contrary" to Republican principles.

Oh yeah, that Paul Ryan sure made Trump toe the Party line. LMAO. Ryan couldn't buy enough chapstick to keep his lips from cracking due to kissing Trump's butt every single chance he could get. After Trump won the presidency Ryan forgot all his promises to keep Trump in check and allowed Trump to do as he pleased even if it meant Trump would continue to criticize his very own Party. Ryan never was a strong leader and we now see just how weak he really was and too scared to stand up for his Party against Trump.

Now as reported by Politico, Ryan is claiming of Trump fatigue.

Journeyman you nailed it last week when you said people were suffering from Trump Fatigue. Now even the top leadership within Trump's very own Party is claiming the same. I know the citizenry is suffering from Trump Fatigue but I seriously doubt Ryan is afflicted with that dreaded condition. With all that arse kissing and bestowing all those accolades upon Trump and talking about the great job Trump is doing does not sound like one having Trump Fatigue.

Goodbye Paul Ryan. Run away you sniveling little coward, run as fast as you can. No matter how fast or how far Ryan runs he will never remove that stench of Trump. Not only has Ryan failed his Party but has failed his constituents and the Nation as well.

It will be interesting to see what Ryan's next job will be. My guess would be that Ryan will become a Lobbyist who will end up spending more time in D.C. than his old Congressional job required or perhaps join another nest of vipers and become another face at Fox Entertainment spewing one lie after another.

Still sickens me to think about all the folks that keep saying Ryan (and the other 3 clowns in that thumbnail photo) are "good" in any objective way, when they're just fooling themselves or can't see that their goal for years has been to screw people out of rights, assistance, or services. Lyin' Ryan going to the same church as you and making sure to buy you coffee from the House cafeteria on Fridays makes him that guy from the country club that "seemed like a good guy"...right before mention of, "I can't believe he embezzled $1.3 trillion dollars from the country and was in a scheme that obstructed justice and conspired with the 'president' to cover up a lifetime of crime."

Ryan was not a leader and was so weak he was one of the first to cave in and kiss Trump's royal behind after the election. Trust me. Ryan is going to try and make a comeback into politics somehow. He is young enough to bide his time and re-enter sometime down the road hoping people forget that he sold out himself and the entire Party.

Excellent article. At the end of the day - Ryan should have exorcised himself long ago. Either choose to be effective - or get out. He couldn't even decide his role in that way. So what will move us beyond divisiveness re seating just another divisive Pelosir or Ryan - credible NEW candidates entering the Beltway - forcing change. That's my hope. The old guard from either side - tone deaf to you and me. And that has been SO HURTFUL for too dam*ed long.

                          Thank you.

I honestly think Ryan was surprised to see Trump get elected. Now that Trump was elected Ryan didn't know where he should place his loyalty, Trump or his Party. On the one hand, dealing with Trump was a complete nightmare because of Trump's unpredictability. Then Ryan had to deal with a faction, Freedom Caucus, within his Party who Ryan had a problem with trying to whip them inline. Do I feel sorry for Ryan? No, not one bit. Being the leader of a Party, who for all intended purposes, no longer functioned as a Party who represented their constituents. Ryan has proven to be weak and lacked any leadership qualities except how to kiss butt. Some leader huh?

He is weak, without compassion, humility or even a semblance of gratitude for the safety net that put him through college. I have to add that his father left them well set. Had SSI been about means, he would have had to pay for his own education, likely they have cracked open his trust fund.

The Koch brothers donated $500,000 to him days after they passed that budget. I found it odd, because he was already talking about not running for another term. I guess he will return it, because he won't need it.

Just kidding, he cashed that check quicker than you can say thinly disguised bribe.
