These three items are the biggest obstacles but not the only ones. It was a long road to get equal rights for all to vote and have protection under our Constitution only to see corrupt politicians/law makers and political Parties use devious and illegal means to prevent legitimate voters from casting their vote. Just today in Ohio the SCOTUS upheld Ohio's right to purge the polls and eliminate those who haven't voted during a short period or didn't respond to a letter sent out by the Ohio officials inquiring if they still lived at the address on their voting data.
Voting is a means by which each and everyone of us gets representation in our government and to lose your right to vote in essence is the same as losing your voice in government. Votes are equal for all whether you are the poorest of the poor or a billionaire, your vote is equal. We must remain vigilant and press upon our law makers we will not tolerate corruption and stealing votes is just that, pure corruption not to mention purely illegal.
Do we need to reinstate the voter's right act?
