          I can see him trying it, but I don't believe people in the House and Senate will follow him that far. They have too much to lose in the next election. He doesn't.

              I read the article and agree with most of the commenters that he can't get away with it. Here's what I predict and fear; even if he loses and leaves peacefully his base will react violently from coast to coast. We've already seen that on a micro scale with the nutcase shootings by those empowered by the rhetoric from Trump and Faux News.

                  That’s an interesting idea. I can see the possibility where a couple of states could end up in dispute to such a degree their votes could not be certified and would be thrown out or not counted which could cause the possibility the election could end up in the House. It first glance that would seem like a good thing for Democrats. However if there were significant evidence of wrong doing (fraud) the country could end up being torn apart if the vote in the House were purely along partisan lines. Now is the time to fix any issues with the various state election systems.
