Small Town By The Sea,usa

Homeless or backpacker?

Where I am, take a ferry to Canada. National Park behind my house.

I think about them, wandering through town, backpackers have to register at the park, the sign on the highway says, and tells them where to go.

The weather's good, it's time to see that none of this belongs to any of us, it's a gift to all of us if we have the compassion to embrace it.

The first thing that comes to a person’s mind after going through hours of travel planning and booking the flight tickets is what to pack and what not to. Yes, baggage plays an important part of any journey and when you travel by flight, there’s a restriction on the same. Every airline has its own set of rules and regulations for baggage allowance.

We have picked for you three airlines that have one of the baggage allowances:

      Singapore Airlines

The national flag carrier of Singapore recommends guests to carry travel documents, medication and valuables in their cabin baggage and check in all rest of luggage.

The Singapore Airlines baggage allowance for checked in is:

      Suites & First Class – 50 Kg

      Business Class – 40 Kg

Premium Economy Class – 35 Kg

      Economy Class – 30 Kg

PPS Club & KrisFlyer Elite Gold / Star Alliance Gold members have baggage allowance higher than the above.

Checked baggage allowance for PPS Club members

      Suites & First Class – 100 Kg

      Business Class – 80 Kg

Premium Economy Class – 70 Kg

      Economy Class – 60 Kg

Checked baggage allowance for KrisFlyer Elite Gold / Star Alliance Gold members

      Suites & First Class – 70 Kg

      Business Class – 60 Kg

Premium Economy Class – 55 Kg

      Economy Class – 50 Kg

Infants are allowed to carry 10 kgs of baggage on all Singapore Airlines’ flights. If you are travelling with an infant, you can also check in a fully collapsible stroller or pushchair or a carry-cot or car seat.

The cabin baggage allowance is 2 pieces up to 7 kgs each for suites, first, and business class. Singapore Airlines’ flights have a baggage allowance of 1 piece of 7 kg weigh in premium economy and economy class.

      Kuwait Airways

Kuwait’s national airline Kuwait Airways has a generous baggage allowance for all its domestic and international flights.

      Travel Class

      Checked Baggage Allowance

      Infant

      Royal Class

      3 (32kgs each piece)

1 piece of luggage weighing 10 kgs maximum

      First Class

      2 (32kgs each piece)

      Business Class

      2 (32kgs each piece)

      Economy Class

      2 (23kgs each piece)

However, Kuwait Airways has Royal Class only on its Boeing 777-300 aircraft. The airline has cabin baggage allowance of 1 piece of 11 kgs and one small laptop bag for its royal/first and business class booking. The airline has cabin baggage allowance of 1 piece of 7kgs and one small laptop bag economy class booking.

The airline has provision for buying baggage allowance too. Guests can buy 45 KD/piece for overweight and oversized baggage each. If the baggage is both oversized and overweight, the charges are 90 KD/piece.

      Air France

France’s own airline, Air France has baggage allowance which is generous and convenient too. Air France mentions the exact permissible baggage allowance limit on the issued ticket. The checked baggage items should be max. 23 kg in the Economy and Premium Economy cabins or 32 kg in the Business and La Première cabins.

The combined weight of cabin baggage item and accessory should not be more than 12 kg or 18 kg depending on your Air France booking for particular travel class.

Travel with all you want and brings gifts and souvenirs on the return for your friends and family with flight booking on these 3 airlines.

(NAPSI)—This summer travel season may be the last year with train travel as an option for millions of Americans. The Administration’s proposed 2018 budget wipes out funding for almost all Amtrak trains except on the East and West coasts. More than 220 cities and towns will lose train service completely and 140 million people will completely lose an entire transportation mode.

“If Congress enacts this budget, our national passenger rail network will largely cease to exist,” said Jim Mathews, National Association of Railroad Passengers (NARP) president and CEO. “These cuts will have a profound economic impact both nationally, regionally and locally.”

Did anyone believe that this former CEO would not blindly leap to the defense of another CEO? That was to be expected, as they will almost tend to defend one another. So, this CEO calls the passenger immature, taking his clue from Munoz initial statement. What this shows, to me at least, is that we have one former CEO without a clue defending the current CEO without a clue.

I have always wondered what happens when they overbook and the people who were sold the overbooked tickets, say no to changing flights.

Well here is the answer. It is not pretty! We are all becoming blades of grass!

@United overbook #flight3411 and decided to force random passengers off the plane. Here's how they did it: pic.twitter.com/QfefM8X2cW

Anyone got their holidays planned? It's still not too late to visit NK :)

Many North Koreans have literally never seen a foreigner before - even on the Internet, to which they are denied access - and may be surprised to discover that Americans, for instance, do not have horns. We, the tourists, may similarly be surprised to observe that the average North Korean is not a swivel-eyed fanatic but downtrodden and fearful-looking. If you stop the tours you re-seal the membrane, to the detriment, I would argue, of both sides.
